TLM Material Management

Now I finally get what people mean by Gen Z "reorganizing the workplace." 💪

After graduating and coming back to help with the family business,
the first thing my parents handed me
was tool and material inventory. 🔧

We're just a small factory—
not a huge inventory,
but the records were all over the place.
And my brother? He'd constantly take tools without logging them 🙄

So I basically made him
implement the TLM Production Management System with me. ⚙️

Once machining starts, everything is recorded automatically ✅
and you can still add manual entries when needed ✍️

Now I just check my phone 📲
and can instantly answer my parents:
"How much material is left?"
"Do we need to restock?"

Honestly, it's kind of funny 😂
Now I'm always the first one to leave work 🏃‍♀️💨
