The ultrasonic spindle features a standard speed of 20,000 rpm, delivering high axial amplitude with low runout to enhance cutting efficiency while maintaining micro-machining precision. Its wireless power transmission and intelligent temperature control design minimize interference and suppress thermal deformation. Combined with CTS (coolant-through-spindle), a dust-resistant structure, and long-life lubrication, the spindle ensures superior machining stability and extended tool life.
