The machine column features a wide-span design with an optimized force flow path. Through finite element analysis (FEA), including static, modal, and structural optimization, it ensures high dynamic rigidity and stable machining performance. Combined with a 10 mm lead high-precision ballscrew and high-rigidity □45 mm roller linear guideways on all three axes, the machine delivers enhanced transmission accuracy and superior load-bearing capability.

High-Precision Thermally Stable Spindle
The spindle adopts oil-air lubrication and an oil-cooled sleeve design, effectively dissipating heat generated during high-speed operation and minimizing the impact of thermal expansion. The 20,000 rpm built-in spindle, combined with a floating bearing structure, maintains stable preload and extends service life.
