High-Rigidity Structure
The machine is constructed with high-quality one-piece cast iron components and optimized through Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure excellent dynamic and static rigidity. The Y-axis is supported by four guideways, providing robust support for the table and significantly reducing overhang deflection during movement along the X-axis.
Multiple Spindle and Tool Changing
The machine is equipped as standard with a BT-40 belt-driven spindle and offers a variety of optional spindle configurations, including high-speed spindles and high-torque BT-50 spindles to meet diverse machining requirements. The tool changing mechanism features a roller cam design that delivers high precision, low noise, and reliable tool retention. With a tool-to-tool (T-to-T) change time as fast as 3.0 seconds, the system maximizes machining efficiency and productivity.
User-Friendly Design
The machine is equipped with dual chip augers and a bed flushing system, enabling efficient evacuation of large volumes of chips and preventing chip accumulation during machining. All key maintenance components, including pneumatic system parts and the lubrication pump, are conveniently centralized at the rear of the machine, allowing operators to perform routine inspections and maintenance quickly and efficiently.
