THA-5000P
The THA-5000P Horizontal Machining Center is specifically designed for multi-face machining of automotive components, as well as cast aluminum and cast iron housings. It combines high-speed cutting capability with a highly rigid structural design to ensure stable machining performance.
Equipped with a high-precision B-axis indexing system and a double-wall column structure, the machine delivers enhanced positioning accuracy and excellent thermal stability during long-duration operation. An optional APC (Automatic Pallet Changer) system is also available to optimize cycle time and improve overall machining efficiency. The THA-5000P is ideal for high-efficiency mass production of small- to medium-sized complex parts.

High-Rigidity Machine Bed Design
The three-point supported machine bed provides a high-rigidity foundation while enabling faster and easier leveling.
Combined with the X-axis staggered (high–low) guideway design, this configuration enhances structural rigidity while reducing overall weight and footprint, improving machining stability and production line layout efficiency.

Honeycomb Structure & Double-Wall
The machine adopts a symmetrical double-wall column structure, which reduces asymmetric thermal deformation and maintains geometric accuracy during machining.
Integrated with a honeycomb structural design, it achieves a 25% reduction in weight and a 20% increase in rigidity compared with conventional designs, ensuring excellent machine stability and structural strength.

High-Speed & Heavy-Duty Cutting
The THA Series is specifically optimized for cast iron and aluminum alloy machining, featuring a 15,000 rpm high-speed spindle that delivers up to 249 Nm of torque for excellent cutting responsiveness.
An optional No. 50 spindle is available, providing stable torque of up to 420 Nm to easily handle heavy-duty cutting of castings and steel materials, enabling high-efficiency machining across a wide range of materials.
