The machine adopts a 90° slant-bed design, delivering excellent chip evacuation and operator accessibility while lowering the machine’s center of gravity. This design further enhances overall structural rigidity and machining stability.

True Y-Axis Structural Design

The machine utilizes a symmetrical saddle design with a 90° orthogonal X/Y/Z-axis configuration. The Y-axis is a true linear axis, eliminating positioning errors commonly associated with virtual Y-axis interpolation.

Combined with a high-rigidity slide structure and servo compensation technology, it delivers excellent positioning accuracy and high-precision milling performance.

High-Efficiency Turn-Mill Machining

The standard 12‑station live tooling power turret, combined with Y‑axis capability, enables high‑efficiency turn‑mill machining and multi-process integration in a single setup. Tool capacity can be optionally expanded to 16 stations, providing greater flexibility for complex part machining while significantly reducing downtime caused by repeated workpiece setups.

CS-Axis Positioning and Braking System

The CS-axis positioning system utilizes a precision optical rotary encoder, providing multi-point positioning capability with a minimum incremental angle of 0.001°. Combined with a high-performance braking system, it securely locks the machining position, enabling precise multi-angle milling and a wide range of complex machining applications with excellent stability.
