High-Rigidity Structure & Extended Travel

The machine structure is optimized through finite element analysis (FEA) to achieve high rigidity and excellent dynamic performance. With a Z-axis travel of 510 mm, the machine is well suited for machining tall workpieces and supporting fourth-axis applications, while maintaining outstanding structural stability.

Three-Point Clamping Worktable

The machine is equipped with Tongtai’s patented three-point clamping support mechanism (M448348). The single-side, three-point support and clamping design effectively enhances the worktable’s lateral and axial stability. This ensures superior surface quality and improved surface finish performance during machining.

High-Speed & Energy-Saving APC

The Automatic Pallet Changer (APC) system utilizes a roller cam mechanism driven by an electric motor, offering low starting torque characteristics that effectively reduce pallet exchange time. Compared with conventional hydraulically driven systems, it provides both energy efficiency and lower maintenance requirements.
