Product Overview

The HTT-500 Horizontal 5-Axis Machining Center is engineered for high-mix, low-volume production and complex part machining. It is ideal for automotive components, mechanical structures, and multi-face applications.

 

The machine adopts an orthogonal trunnion-type five-axis configuration equipped with DD direct-drive A/B-axis rotary tables, delivering high-resolution positioning and zero-backlash performance. Combined with a built-in spindle and high-rigidity structure, it enables complex multi-angle machining in a single setup.

An optional APC (Automatic Pallet Changer) system is available to minimize downtime and enhance overall production efficiency.
