Tongtai's 2nd New Employee Onboarding Program

Tongtai held the second session of this year's New Employee Onboarding Program, welcoming a new group of colleagues as they begin a new chapter with us.

The program began with a workplace tour, helping our new colleagues become familiar with the environment where they will work each day. Through sessions on company culture, vision, and values, they gained a deeper understanding of Tongtai's beliefs and the direction we are moving toward together. During the program, ice-breaking activities helped everyone get to know one another, while the collaborative clay workshop encouraged new colleagues to exchange ideas and creativity as they shaped their vision of an ideal company.
